Elizabeth is the owner and founder of Core Wellness & Physical Therapy. She is experienced in treating a vast range of orthopedic conditions. She specializes in spinal pathology, in cases of prevention through post surgical. Elizabeth utilizes a predominantly manual approach to rehabilitation. Exposure to a variety of settings and clinical approaches has led Elizabeth to value the importance of one on one time between the patient and the therapist. She is committed to giving each patient the focused attention they deserve to address their musculoskeletal impairments and to set wellness goals.
Elizabeth holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine, and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Vermont. After being trained through Polestar Pilates, she has found the inclusion of Pilates based rehab to be an essential key to PT and wellness.
Maintaining a high standard of care, impacted by up to date research and applied clinical practice is essential. Elizabeth recognizes that each patient needs individualized care and has therefore studied a diverse range of manual techniques. These include Craniosacral Technique, Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Release, joint manipulation, Strain Counter-Strain, and others. Her Bachelors Degree is in Nutrition and Sociology.
Elizabeth strives to live a lifestyle that promotes wellness. She maintains a regular exercise schedule that testifies to her beliefs on fitness: cross-training is key. For optimal health and injury prevention, she participates in a variety of activities including: yoga, weight training, Pilates, cycling, hiking, and body weight training to name a few. She regularly supports her local farmers market in Arlington, to promote organic and local farming—maximizing nutritional content of the food with minimal environmental impact.
Elizabeth’s goal is to provide patients with the highest quality of individualized rehabilitation and introduce them to their body’s true potential.

Jolene holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
